Now resolved with arrival of replacement - thank you. Having purchased an item as a Christmas present on opening it was found to be faded by the sun. An email to the shop generated a promise of a replacement within a week which was January. 7 months and several emails later plus a trip to the shop to chase (we live in Somerset so Lincolnshire family called in) we have still not had the promised replacement. Very disappointing service and goods.

Had seen some Catherine Stephenson artwork in our local Fenwick which we thought would look great in our house. Some searching online lead us to this independent store selling the same artwork for a much better price. A few emails back and forth with Marie and our order was placed. Marie kept us fully up to date with the progress of our order (some of the pieces had to be ordered in), they arrived when promised and well packaged.Would not hesitate to use Marie's store again in the future and would recommend to other customers.

Fantastic range of products both in their shop and online. Friendly knowledgable staff.

I rang Marie at the Country Stile to ask for advice about a painting, Rod Chase's "Central Park Winter" as my husband had seen it in a John Lewis store and said how much he loved it. I decided to buy it for his 60th birthday but did an on-line search and found the Country Stile. I was drawn to it because of the butterfly on the logo (I love butterflies!). Marie was very helpful and discussed payment options and delivery and returns if I needed to return the painting. I ordered it on line there and then because she put my mind at ease and wasn't a pushy saleswoman. I ordered it on the Tuesday (25 less than John Lewis) and it was posted out with free delivery and I received it on Thursday. It came in a large box with lots of packaging around the painting to protect it and I got my husband to open it as he thought it was something for me. His face was a picture when he discovered what it was! He was extremely happy and I was very pleased with the amazing customer service from Marie. I like to give credit where credit is due as too many people are quick to criticise but don't often take the time to give credit. I would just like to say if you are thinking of buying some artwork then you won't go wrong by choosing The Country Stile for quality, price and more importantly excellent customer service from someone who cares. Thank you Marie, my money was well spent with your Company. God bless, Brenda Seville x

I wanted a picture by a specific artist and The Country Stile was a stockist. I purchased the product mail order and it arrived so well packed,. There was a delay in sending but I was kept informed all of the way, which was reassuring because it was a significant purchase. I am absolutely delighted.
