Previously, this dental practice was under the MyDentist umbrella and was somewhat hit and miss. They would be struggling to find and keep dentists. This practice has now been bought by a husband and wife dental team! I have had the pleasure to receive the most fantastic service from the female dentist. She is kind, considerate, explains everything fully. She is also extremely talented and capable. My last visit involved a filling, an extraction and a deep scale and polish due to lack of care on my part over several years. I was so well looked after I thought I was a private patient.The whole experience was fun and painless and I would recommend this surgery to anyone, especially if they be a nervous!It would be remiss of me if I did not mention all the wonderful nurses sat this practice as well. They are fun and professional in all their dealings. Thank you to the whole team at Kordel House....I'm actually looking forward to my next visit!
Lack of dentists here, and that has caused long waits for appointments. The one dentist that has been there, can be abrupt and sometimes rough when administering treatment. If there were another dentist in Horncastle or Wragby or nearby, I would change dentist.
