The guy serving me who I can only assume was the boss just blew his top, rude, patronising, argumentative. He could not see why on earth I needed a written quote and that I should place my trust with his company. When I pointed out that my scrap of paper made no reference to the tile range, colour or. size, or any reference to Horncastle tiles, their address telephone number or e mail address. Therefore they could deliver any tile and I had no way of proving what I ordered.His measured professional response if that happens you could place it in dispute with your credit card company BRiILLIANT.This guy MAY know a something about tiles but clearly very little about customer service.Give them a wide berth I have.
Biggest RIP-OFF EVER, buying tiles from google shopping and was unable to proceed because the price on site was different to google, very misleading but noticed that ALL the products were ripping me off with incorrect delivery charges. Called but got very rude man who actually shouted down the phone at me!!! AVOID AVOID !!!
Hi ordered some tiles got prompt delivery as promised but unfortunately we had ordered the wrong tiles and had to send them back. Horncastle arranged the pick and and refunded the same day they arrived back with them.I would definitely deal with them again.
Top service from Tiledealer. Had loads of problems trying to get tiles for my bathroom . We wanted the exact same tile as I had seen. Nothing was too much trouble. Emailed a confirmation and kept to the delivery day. Price was cheapest too..Martin did ask me to post an honest review as he says normally he only hears of the negatives. So ... Well done Tiledealer !!
Appalling customer service. Was promised multiple times that the director would call me back to discuss the return of an unwanted order but the call never came. Would certainly not use Horncastle Tiles/Tiledealer again. If you're expecting any sort of after sales service go elsewhere.
