Staff at main reception are so rude seriously need to improve staff members !! People should feel comfortable and welcoming not spoken down to !
I use to like this post office there is one lady who serves there you have to read the addresses out and say what is in the parcels its ridiculous and she always seems to have a attitude to
Do not try to get served by a lady called 'Kate' when collecting a Parcelforce parcel. Very rude and will not go the extra mile. She did not accept any forms of ID to collect a parcel!
What a lovely set of female servers you have at this post office, so polite, kind, and patient, nothing is too much trouble for them. I have been in many post offices up and down this country and never have I been made to feel so happy than when I come away having been served by one of these lovely ladies, it is a privilege to be served and speak to this staff.
