Benji was made to feel very welcome,even after he decided to mark 'his patch' in the waiting room! The Vet was fantastic with him (&us).Gave Benji lots of attention (&treats!) while trying to reassure him he was a nice man! All members of staff were lovely.

Banovallum vets in horncastle and coningsby are fantastic. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. they provide everything I need for Luna plus they are brilliant at what they do and they all know her history. They cared for Lunas needs when she was a sick kitten, she pulled through the illness despite her brothers and sisters sadly not making it that were homed elsewhere. Luna is thriving now and I feel very lucky, I am so thankful to the staff of horncastle and coningsby for all help they provided us with.
Uncaring , ignorant and rude staff . That is my opinion of the new Company Medivet that have taken over the Horncastle surgery. The Vet that owned it previously , Alastair Mitchell and his staff were amazing wish he would come back
Cannot fault the vets here.....a male vet diagnosed buster and Nicole and the team continued his care.Lovely, caring and compassionate staff who kept me updated as and when they said they would.Buster had a serious condition that they dealt with straight away and I can't thank them enough xxx
