Lovely place was going to use it for our wedding reception
It is a nice Cuntry pub. Not open every day. But good beers. The food was ok.
Was there for a function. Spread was very nice
We went in on Thurs night yes it was very busy we went to order our drinks first when we s d jed the landlord for some ice to go in my coke he made a very rude comment we ordered starters and mains after over an hour I politely asked if he could find out how long our starters would be NO I Won't he said you will just have to wait I explained we had waited for over an hour so what do you want me to do the food eventually came out it was very good and good value for money but the landlord needs to be more nicer to customers
A friendly country pub with genuine home cooked food. Plenty of free parking and views over the lovely 13th century church opposite. Food is reasonably price, served quickly and faultless.Highly recommended.
